Resetting Account Password

Issue

Your account password needs to be changed. You will need to be enrolled in self-service to reset your password. Instructions for enrollment can be found here.

This article applies to employees and students.

Steps for Self Service Password Reset

• Go to wvsom.edu and select the Campus E-mail link at the bottom of the homepage, or go to https://outlook.com/osteo.wvsom.edu

• On the next screen enter your WVSOM email address and the Captcha text as seen on the screen. 

• Choose between being emailed a code, responding to a phone call, or text message. 

• After verification you will then be able to enter a new password. Enter a new password in both the "enter new password" and "confirm new password" fields then click "Finish".

• After completion a confirmation page should be seen alerting you that “Your password has been reset”.
