Schedule an appointment with the Tech Hub

Schedule a future appointment for IT service using one of the Tech Hub kiosks located in the upper lobby of the technology building, the graduate program hallway, or the 24 hr study area in the library. Scanning the QR code will allow you to complete the process below on your mobile device instead of the physical kiosk.
1. Click the "Request Service" button.
2. Choose "In-person Service" or "Virtual Service". If you choose the virtual service option someone from the help desk will call you on Microsoft Teams at your scheduled appointment time.
3. Select your preferred time. If you need a different day than the current day you will click on "See all available times", then select the date and time you prefer.
4. Enter your name, phone number and email address so we can reach out to you if needed.
5. You will receive an email confirming your appointment time.
6. Make your way to the Tech Hub window in the upper lobby of the technology building on the date and time of your appointment.
